  • Attractive remuneration Health Professional Level 4 salary range of $128,617 - $149,207 per annum (pro rata) or Nurse Level 4 $129,487 to $146,836 (pro rata) + Superannuation

About your new role

Lead and develop a quality mental health service with family friendly hours and work flexibility, The Clinical Service Manager (CSM) oversees the management and operation of the Neami intake, assessment, triage and referral services located in the Brisbane North Region, leading, taking responsibility and providing clinical oversight of the multidisciplinary mental health team.

As the CSM you will initiate, lead, and coordinate strategic partnerships within thecommunity, including with the Public Mental Health Triage Services, GPs, and Brisbane North PHN funded mental health services to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers. In collaboration with partners, staff and consumers, the CSM will identify service gaps and contribute to the development of appropriate, broader models of service delivery to address these gaps.

What you will bring to the role

  • Formal tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy or Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Accredited registration with a professional governing body such as AHPRA, ACA, AASW
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy and high level written communication skills
  • Extensive experience in leadership in mental health service delivery and intake services
  • Working with Children Clearance
  • Satisfactory Criminal History clearance
  • A valid Australian Driver's licence
  • Compliant with Qld Health workplace health and safety requirements, including Requirements for Workers in Healthcare Settings.
  • Ability to work independently and with a positive attitude
  • Ability to engender an inclusive, caring, productive team culture
