“We support individuals living with mental health challenges to achieve outcomes they value.”
Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.
We have been providing mental health support for over 30 years. We were founded on an alliance between professionals, individuals and their families. Collaborative recovery remains at the heart of who we are today.
As the Clinical Lead, you will lead a team of clinicians and be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to the multidisciplinary mental health teams of the HTH IAR service.
The Clinical Lead will guide the delivery of high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services for individuals in the community who experience mental health issues and are seeking support. A priority of the role is to ensure the programs see that individuals seeking support are referred to a service that is appropriate to their needs and is consistent with the ‘stepped care’ approach.
As a Clinical Lead you will have a background in and be registered in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing and/or Psychology.
You will work alongside the Senior Service Manager, Service Manager-Operational Lead and the Senior Practice Lead to provide guidance, service coordination, planning, implementation, and problem solving as well as clinical supervision to the team.
The terms and conditions of the role are listed in the position description attached.
