About the Role

In this newly created position, using your Cherwell knowledge and experience, you will work with IT team members and business representatives to deliver optimal Cherwell solutions.

• Full Time, 2 year Maximum term contract
• Located at Neami Head Office, Preston
• Attractive SMSR Level 1 salary in the range of $96,616 - $113,329 with rewarding NFP fringe benefit tax exemptions

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design and configure an Enterprise Service Portal
• Design and configure Cherwell forms and workflows
• Liaise with IT and business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
• Provide advice and guidance on the solution options and considerations
