The Assistant Systems Accountant is responsible assisting the Systems Team to support the business through analysis and innovation solutions. Working as a liaison between the Financial Services team and the IT applications team to further develop and enhance systems.
The specific activities include:
- Undertaking a review of current processes and policies, mapping and documenting flows;
- Identifying risks, implementing best practice Lean processes for efficiencies and controls;
- Providing systems training to Financial Services Users and partnering with them in relation to new system and reporting requirements, testing and implementation;
- GL Chart and ledger maintenance and administration functions;
- Establishing and maintaining governance systems related to change management; and

- Located: Neami Head Office, Preston
- Hours of work between Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm (some after-hours may be required)
- Reporting to the System Accountant
