ABOUT THE ROLE

Northside now has an opportunity for a Project Officer (Early Education) to join their team in Canberra on a Full-time, Ongoing basis.

Under the general direction of the Director (Early Education), the Project Officer will provide efficient and effective centralised administrative and operational duties to support the Director and Northside’s Early Childhood Centres.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria (but not limited to):

  • ACECQA approved Bachelor of Teaching or similar qualification (or studying towards) in Early Education
    Services.
  • Proven expertise in operational management and leadership within early education.
  • In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework and its implementation in ensuring service
    excellence.

EMPLOYMENT WITH NORTHSIDE

Northside Community Service prioritises child safety in its recruitment process. Candidates will be assessed on previous workplace performance and understanding of child safety requirements, including Mandatory Reporting and the ACT's Reportable Conduct Scheme. Successful applicants must undergo screening (Working with Vulnerable People Card and National Police Check) for suitability in child-safe environments.
