About the Role

Northside has an opportunity for a Director (Aged Care) to join their team in Dickson on a Full-time, Permanent basis.

The Director (Aged Care) is entrusted to lead our Aged Care program in line with the strategic vision and in adherence to regulatory standards. In this capacity, the Director will ensure the consistent delivery of culturally inclusive services, placing a strong emphasis on ethical practices and continuous quality improvement. The role also necessitates fostering collaboration and innovation, thereby strengthening both internal and external partnerships. At the core of this leadership position is the commitment to prioritising the well-being of our clients.

About You

To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria (but not limited to):

  • Applicants must hold at least one of the following professional registrations:
    • Registered Nurse
    • Occupational Therapist
    • Registered Psychologist
  • Demonstrated expertise in the aged care, serving individuals of varied cultural and linguistic origins.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding high-performing teams attending to community members faced with trauma and/or vulnerability.
