Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The Nepean Physiotherapy team is seeking to engage a qualified experienced Physiotherapist for the Surgical Inpatient unit. The incumbent will ensure provision of the highest quality Physiotherapy services to orthopaedic, vascular and plastics patients in NBMLHD. In this position, you will utilise your skills and expertise in leading the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Surgical Inpatient physiotherapy service procedures and standards to ensure best practice across the district.
This role will suit a candidate who is keen to be actively involved with staff education and development programs, including the department in-service program, performance development, and quality assurance.
