Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney’s western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.
Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) is a short-term intensive home-based early discharge rehabilitation program. It aims to achieve rehabilitation goals using a range of therapies that allows the patient to receive this service in their home, or phone consultation, or via virtual care. The program is seeking to engage an experienced qualified Physiotherapist who will assist in the provision of the highest quality RITH Physiotherapy services to patients living in the Penrith LGA.
The successful incumbent will contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting of the district's RITH Physiotherapy service. In this position, you will utilise your skills and expertise in managing patients from a broad range of specialty areas with acute and complex conditions.
