  1. Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business, Health Management or equivalent experience in the management and leadership of a health service.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the management and supervision of staff including, rostering, recruitment, performance management and leave management.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate with different levels of stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of elective surgery waitlist management relating to the NSW Health Policy Elective Surgery Access PD2022_01.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in use of iPM and other patient management databases.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications and other corporate applications
  7. High level competence in document and report preparation.
  8. Current valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
