Are you a purpose-driven leader ready to make a lasting impact? The Nappy Collective is seeking a visionary and hands-on CEO to lead our small but dynamic team and drive our mission to ensure every child in Australia has enough nappies to be clean, healthy and happy.

We’re the only Australian charity solely focused on collecting and redistributing nappies to families in crisis, including those affected by domestic violence and homelessness. With nearly 8 million nappies donated to date, we’re powered by community, partnerships and people who care.

As CEO, you’ll:

• Lead strategic growth and organisational performance
• Build strong community and corporate partnerships
• Champion fundraising and sustainable financial models
• Be a visible and passionate advocate for our cause
• Inspire and support a small team and volunteer network

You are:

A natural leader with 10+ years of experience in business or community sectors, strong strategic and operational capability, and a passion for grassroots impact. You’re comfortable working independently, juggling priorities, and bringing big ideas to life.
