MyCareSpace is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our senior leadership team and head our rapidly expanding NDIS Connections Team.

MyCareSpace is a highly successful and respected online marketplace of 7.5 years, connecting NDIS Participants to NDIS supports and services, including therapy. We have over 2,000 people on our platform daily and have connected more than 50,000 people to disability services to date.

Our NDIS Connections Team helps NDIS Participants looking for therapy secure appointments by onboarding them with our Allied Health partners. They also match NDIS Participants’ needs to a choice of local NDIS providers on the MyCareSpace platform.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring the ongoing success and performance of our NDIS Connections Team, driving successful connections, motivating the team and ensuring the quality of the MyCareSpace connection service. You’ll be part of our senior leadership team. 

Your responsibilities

You will contribute to and oversee the performance of our NDIS Connections Team to ensure business success by:

  • Leading and mentoring our team of 5 NDIS Connectors (both onsite and remote), made up of Support Connectors and Therapy Onboarding Specialists.
  • Managing the quality of service delivery and success of the Connections Team to improve customer conversions and meet customer service demand.
  • Connecting NDIS participants with services and therapy providers.
  • Engaging and onboarding high value Allied Health Partners to the MyCareSpace platform.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high value Stakeholders and Partners.
  • Working closely with the MyCareSpace Provider team to ensure the team have quality Provider information, and can meet NDIS Participant demand for services.
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction, including acting on feedback.
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics to demonstrate success.
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Working closely with our Tech team to continuously improve processes and outcomes. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a leader that motivates their team to deliver their best.
  • Has prior experience in managing a remote or customer service orientated team.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for leading meetings and engaging with customers (both NDIS Participants and Providers).
  • Has strong data analytical skills to review, interpret, and report on service delivery data.
  • Has experience in using a CRM, online platform, MS Teams, MS Office Suite etc.
  • Is confident in taking on challenges and devising a clear plan to solve them, keeping track of key metrics to check you're on track.
  • Shows self-sufficiency and ability to show initiative.
  • Experience in the NDIS is required.
  • Experience in an online marketplace is a bonus.
