We are seeking a Service Managers has a true leaders whose approach, is person-centred, and who is attuned to the service users and their teams alike. Supported by a fantastic team, who share your dedication and passion, you'll be responsible for management of a high complex Supported Independent Living service.
As a Service Manager you will be leading operational teams, and creating opportunities whilst ensuring the service reflects customer’s needs, the organisation’s core purpose, and deliver agreed outcomes for the customer, their families and the organisation. The role will be based in the Ipswich area. Other duties include:
Ensuring the services are managed in alignment to Multicap’s Vision, Strategic Priorities, and customer needs
Providing influential leadership, direction and supports to Team Leader and Support Staff
Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, enhancing the customer’s experience of Multicap services and providing opportunity for improved brand awareness
Leading and developing a team to ensure that service delivery and service expansion remains individually focused.

Attractive Salary packaging including $15,900 packaging limit per FBT year (1 April- 31 March) and $2,550 per year for meals and entertainment expenses.
