The Continence Foundation of Australia is the national peak body focussing on advocating for improved quality of life for the 1 in 4 Australians who face the stigma and restrictions of bladder or bowel health issues. Working with this membership based organisation you will be building awareness and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to shape and drive high quality policy and research activity.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Policy & Research Officer wanting to participate in policy development through consultation, stakeholder engagement, scoping needs, development, implementation and review. If you are passionate about policy development and advocacy, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a sound understanding of the health sector reforms this role could be for you.

To be successful in this role you will have a working knowledge of health care reforms and have prior experience gained in a similar role where you have had to develop reports, submissions and policy documents.

Your experience with high level representation and the ability to represent the Continence Foundation of Australia as a peak body at government and industry committees will be highly desirable as will well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment under limited supervision.
