If you're a Registered Nurse looking to utilise your experience in a learning capacity, we can offer you a role working with our Learning & Development Team, where you will form part of a key function in our organisation. Responsibilities in this role include facilitating, evaluating, and documenting technical and role specific training activities, and delivering face to face training to new and existing employees.

A snapshot of your day with MSWA

Facilitate and evaluate engaging training, provide coaching, and assess skills and knowledge.

Positively promote staff development and assist with identifying other suitable development opportunities.

Assist in the development and implementation of relevant training programs and resources for staff.

Communicate/consult/collaborate with the Learning and Development team, MSWA business departments and clients.

Maintain effective records and statistics of training activities.

Liaise with Managers and Coordinators and confirm staff attendance at training courses / workshops.

Our ‘must haves’

  • Registered Nurse registration
  • Demonstrated experience in Manual Handling
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Allied Health Hand Hygiene
  • Verification of COVID vaccination
  • Current First Aid/CPR
  • ‘C’ Class drivers’ licence

Our ‘nice’ to haves

  • Understanding of the Disability Standards and their relevance in service delivery and quality assurance
  • The successful candidate has a clinical background or extensive experience
  • ​Working in the Aged Care/Disability or health sector with strong computer literacy skills.
