MSWA is seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to provide nursing services to our customers in the metro area.
MSWA provides vital support and services to people living with all neurological conditions in Western Australia. This includes people living with multiple sclerosis (MS), stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, motor neurone disease and acquired brain injury.
We employ a diverse range of professionals from allied health to event management, marketing and nursing, and community services to finance. The successful candidate will be working part-time at various office locations within the Perth Metro area. You will join a large, supportive, and dedicated team of Registered Nurses, striving to provide support and nursing services e.g. medication management and education for all our customers.
The responsibilities of the Neurological Liaison Nurse will include:
The service provided by the Neurological Liaison Nurse focuses on providing appropriate support for our customers living with a neurological condition. This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy nursing within a community, non-urgent setting. You will work closely with your customers, family members and relevant health/support professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
