Ready to make a difference as a Customer Service Representative?

Good, well, keep reading because this role is a key part in making a difference to the experience our customers have when they call us – and it can make a big difference to your life too.

We are looking for motivated people with a passion for customer service to join our passionate and dynamic team at our Belmont Contact Centre. You’ll need to be available to work either of our main shifts:

  • Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 8pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

From enquiring about the NDIS through to buying a ticket in the latest lottery, our team adds value to every single enquiry and every interaction.

A day in the life

Every day will look a little different (that’s how life works, right?) but there will be a few core activities that you’ll need to undertake, such as:

  • Meet (or blitz) your sales targets with each lottery, raffle or B2B campaign
  • Field phone enquiries with a smile in your voice and be the warm and engaging voice of the organisation
  • Confidentially capture and maintain customer information in our systems
  • Most of all, really listen to customers and ensure they are heard

Our ‘must haves’

  • A genuine passion to make a difference
  • Current Police Clearance check (or willing to obtain)
  • Know how to get around Microsoft Office Suite and a Windows Operating System
  • Motivated to work with a team in a positive and fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding and clear communication skills (both verbal and written)

Our ‘nice to haves’

  • Strong computer knowledge (you’re fantastic with navigating multiple systems)
  • A positive attitude and emotional intelligence (makes a huge difference!)
  • A mind for multitasking and solving problems as they pop up
  • Great in teams – but comfortable working independently too
  • Thrive in an energetic and exciting Contact Centre environment
