We are looking for a permanent part time, full time and/or casual Administration Assistant/Receptionist (combined role) for our three campuses at East Melbourne, East St.Kilda and Maroondah.

Your purpose:

We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Medical Administrative Assistant who will make people feel welcome the second they open the front door. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the administrative side of the clinic under the direction of an energetic Nurse Unit Manager. We want you to own this role and bring your own brand of creative thinking to how things could be run better whilst ensuring an exceptional patient and customer experience.

What we need:

• A Pro-choice advocate
• Proficiency in Office 365 and general computer skills
• A friendly and non-judgemental demeanour
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• People focused individual

What we'd like to see (but aren't essential):

• Knowledge of CareRight patient management system or other general patient management/billing systems
• Previous experience within a medical environment
