We are looking for a Permanent Part Time Medical Administration Assistant for our Sydney Clinics, primarily based from our Westmead clinic but with ability to travel to Penrith and/or CBD.

This is a fast-paced role in a challenging but rewarding environment.

Your purpose:

We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Medical Administration Assistant to welcome our clients when they arrive at our clinic. You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the clinic within a team of passionate and empathetic professionals, under the direction of an energetic Nurse Unit Manager. We want you to own this role and bring your own brand of creative thinking to your workflow whilst ensuring an exceptional client experience.

What we need:

• A Pro-choice advocate
• Previous experience in Medical Administration/Medical Reception
• Proficiency in Office 365 and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take on feedback and a passion for quality improvement
• Strong prioritisation abilities
• Work well within a team as well as independently
• A friendly and non-judgmental demeanor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• People focused individual

What we'd like to see (but aren't essential):

• Knowledge of CareRight patient management system or other general patient management/billing systems
• Experience working with Private Health Insurance billings
• Understanding of EFTPOS processing and banking reconciliation
