About Marie Stopes:

Marie Stopes Australia is an independent, non-profit organisation providing sexual and reproductive health services equally to all people living in Australia. We are a nationally accredited provider of abortion, contraception, vasectomy services, and teleabortion. We have a client-centred approach empowering our mission of your choice, made easier.

We are looking for full time Client Service Advisors to join the Marie Stopes Australia team. This role is based primarily out of our support office located in the Melbourne CBD. We are also taking candidates who live outside of Victoria who can work from one of our Clinics, these are located as below.

  • VIC: Melbourne CBD
  • WA: Midland
  • QLD Bowen Hills, Varsity Lakes, Woolloongabba
  • NSW: Westmead, Penrith, Macquarie Street
  • ACT: Canberra 

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Responding to a high volume of inbound online bookings, enquiries and feedback using a number of communication forums (e.g. phone, email, social media) in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • Attend to inbound and outbound calls and relevant administrative activities required to support clients
  • With your high attention to detail, you will maintain accurate client records across respective databases within the organisation
  • You'll assist with the prioritisation of tasks with other team members to meet daily KPIs;
  • You will be savvy enough to know what’s happening within Marie Stopes and any changes.

Our ideal candidate:

You want to make a difference and aspire to help others through your work. Your passion lies in championing women and pregnant people’s rights whilst de-stigmatising abortion, sexual and reproductive health. You are a people person and love to talk to clients/stakeholders all day. Your previous retail or call centre experience paired with an ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and change makes you feel at home in this role.
