Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from healthcare. Reporting to the Single Giving Manager this part time fixed term role (2 days per week until 31.8.25) supports the project management and delivery of the overall performance of MSF’s Single Giving product and the execution of other Direct Mail activity across Australia and New Zealand.
You will execute strategy, support budgets and annual plans for the Single giving product lifecycle with a focus on acquisition, retention, reactivation and upgrades.
In collaboration with the high performing Direct Marketing Specialists, you will represent MSF through external liaison with stakeholders – creative agencies, mail houses and data specialists to optimise relationships and supporter communications; and internally with our Data, Supporter Relations, Legal & Compliance, Procurement and Digital teams.
To be successful in this project management role, you will be known for your ability to deliver fundraising targets. You are eager to hit the ground running and motivated by being a part of a global humanitarian aid organisation. Ideally you can demonstrate:
