Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from healthcare. This key leadership role will work in tandem with the Head of Digital to drive MSF’s digital marketing strategy for fundraising across Australia and New Zealand, helping to shape our online fundraising strategy and build on opportunities made possible from our recent technology transformation, which includes a new CRM.
As a part of the engagement team and member of the Fundraising Leadership team, you will have a dotted reporting line to the head of Fundraising and will lead a small team to manage the performance of all digital fundraising activities, design seamless user experiences across multiple channels to increase fundraising revenue.
Responsibilities include the digital marketing and fundraising program management; e-commerce management; internal and external relationship management; digital product ownership; project management – implementation and optimisation of the Supporter Experience project; marketing strategy; lead generation management; mentor manage and grow the capability of the team; budget management of targets and expenditure; and embed digital innovation across the organisation.
Ultimately, your work will result in more funding to support MSF projects, a superior experience for our donors, and improved care for the people to whom we provide medical aid.
