Responsibilities

Managing a team of 2 this strategic role will support the Head of Digital Marketing to lead MSF Australia’s digital marketing, fundraising and digital customer journey. With a focus on increasing awareness, engagement, conversion and retention for MSF financial supporters you will manage the performance of the digital marketing ecosystem and be accountable for project management; E-Commerce Management; and Fundraising program management.

As a part of a cross functional and multi-disciplinary Digital Marketing team you will create strategies to grow brand awareness, fundraising revenue, generate leads to help nurture campaigns, and manage ecommerce activities across new and existing supporters. This role will also liaise with external vendors and agencies in managing our media buying and creative design, supporting their work in customer journeys and translating that into digital strategies that grow our audience and marketing objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this hands on and accountable role you will have strong knowledge of best practice in digital marketing and be known for your strategic mindset. You will enjoy managing a team and will be motivated by innovation and optimisation of process. Ideally you can demonstrate:

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar management-based digital marketing role and related tertiary qualifications;
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis plus reporting and generating recommendations;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop & implement digital multi-channel campaigns;
  • Proven experience implementing successful digital acquisition strategies ;
  • Experience with content management systems and eDMs platforms;
  • Microsoft suite, Google analytics and Google data studio experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
