Are you highly organised, tech-savvy and wanting to make a meaningful impact? MSV is seeking to appoint two, part-time (3 days per week) Operations & Systems Administrators who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services for clients while providing excellent systems support to our dedicated team of case workers.
MSV is a specialist statewide community legal centre. We provide free financial counselling, legal and social work services to Victorians in mortgage stress. Our clients are complex, ineligible for other intensive supports and often at risk of homelessness. MSV’s casework informs our systemic advocacy work.
Reporting to the People & Operations Manager, the Operations & Systems Administrator role is truly multifaceted, blending administrative, technical, and operational responsibilities. As a result, this position requires strong organisational, technical and communications skills and experience.
You have a unique blend of technical expertise, strong organisation, interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. You have excellent time management and planning skills to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You can troubleshoot IT issues and support colleagues with their systems challenges.
Reception & Front Desk Support – Create a professional and welcoming environment by greeting visitors and handling calls.
IT Systems & Software Management – Ensure effective use and maintenance of MSV IT platforms, case management, and communication software.
Document Management & Branding – Design and set up document templates, ensuring uniformity in branding, formatting, and style while maintaining version control.
IT Support – Assist staff with IT-related queries, software installations, updates, and general troubleshooting.
Adaptability & Resilience - Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Operational & Administrative Assistance – Manage office supplies, liaise with hardware/software providers, support event logistics, and coordinate training bookings.
Executive Support – Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and Deputy CEO.
General Administrative Duties – Support MSV’s integrated practice and other business functions as required.
