We are currently looking to recruit a number of male and female, reliable and punctual Home and Community Care Workers to assist a number of clients based in the Eastern Suburbs.

Shifts can involve assisting clients with their activities of daily living: personal care assistance i.e. showers/ dressing/ meal assistance/ domestic assistance, overnight care, community access assistance i.e. transporting the client to appointments/ shopping centres; therapy support assistance, respite care and 24 hour support.

• We have daytime, afternoon/ evening and overnight shifts available.

About you:

We are looking for hardworking and confident workers with previous experience as a Disability Support Worker or have studied relevant courses. We are hoping for candidates that possess the following for personal attributes.

• Self motivated
• Compassionate and friendly nature
• Passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and aspirations
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, identify risk factors and make rational decisions

• Full Victorian Drivers License and comprehensive car insurance is preferred
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
