Do you want to lead the development of community profiles, social policies and frameworks to influence the provision of community services and infrastructure?
We are looking for an experienced Social Planner to lead and develop an evidence-base of social, community and demographic data to facilitate decision-making approach across Council in the planning of community services and infrastructure.

You will be tertiary qualified in social science, policy, research, planning or other relevant field together with several years' experience in a planning or research role.
The successful applicant will also have demonstrated experience in community development and best practice engagement and consultation, and a proven ability to develop successful relationships and gain cooperation from a range of internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, liaise effectively with professional networks, peak bodies, government, and other agencies to achieve community outcomes.
