The Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant (AHA) is responsible for providing strong leadership to the Casey Allied Health Assistant team, actively contributing to the Monash Health AHA leadership group and promoting the AHA profession both internally and externally.
We are currently looking for a Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant who is ideally experienced in the delivery of acute, sub-acute services or community services at Casey Hospital. The Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant is responsible for working within the Allied Health Team at Casey Hospital, supporting Social Work Department to assist therapists in the provision of best practice patient centred care and support the smooth operation of the Allied Health department through non-clinical duties.
The Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant is responsible for the provision of assistance to Social workers and other Allied Health professionals. They perform work of a general nature under the delegation and supervision of allied health professionals including, but not limited to, the following:
