Working together for the best possible life for people living with Motor Neurone Disease? 

MND NSW is seeking applications for a part time position assisting people with MND to activate and manage their NDIS plan and engage with a range of mainstream and disability providers to optimise outcomes for people with MND.

This position offers variety together with excellent and flexible working conditions. This position will cover:

  • The ACT and Southern NSW – based in Canberra (24 hours per week)

Do you have:

  • A sound understanding of person centred approaches and person centred planning 
  • High level problem solving skills, able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent knowledge of the NDIS. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, health or related discipline. Or relevant significant experience. 
  • Have a passion for continuous learning. 
  • Have a commitment to improving outcomes for people living with MND.  

Knowledge of MND, while an advantage is not a prerequisite as training and a comprehensive orientation program will be provided
