Your Opportunity

Mission Australia Housing the on the lookout for a Regional Manager – Asset Services to join our growing team in Coffs Harbour. The Regional Manager will manage and maintain MAH’s property portfolio to ensure compliance with asset management obligations as a landlord, while meeting contractual obligations and managing resources efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and implement yearly asset maintenance plans for the property portfolio
• Ensure Assets comply with all statutory, regulatory and WHS requirements
• Implement an integrated service delivery approach to Asset Management
• Develop a range of strategies for the maintenance and improvement of existing properties and long term asset planning

• Effectively implement a range of asset management policies, procedures and systems to ensure efficiency in maintenance delivery and improved customer services
• Proactively manage all contracts ensuring high performance and value for money is achieved

Requirements for Success

• Property and asset management skills
• Well experienced in contract management
• Technically minded  
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Strong administration skills
• Intermediate excel and reporting skills
• Leadership experience
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
• High-level customer service focus

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
