Your Opportunity

Working in a small team of asset officers you will be allocated a portfolio of properties spread between the Blue Mountains and Camperdown. You will be responsible to ensure regular and emergency maintenance is kept up to date and our tenants are well informed and supported in their requests.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide high quality customer service ensuring that are tenants are given accurate and timely updates and a positive outcome.
  • Identify our tenants maintenance need, determine the priority, and communicate expectations to all parties.
  • Ensuring maintenance invoicing and reporting are regularly completed and deadlines achieved
  • Ensure the properties in your portfolio meet all statutory and WHS requirements.

Requirements for Success

  • Ability to identify and prioritise maintenance issues
  • Some understanding of property maintenance and building contracts.
  • Strong Administrative skills for reporting and communication
  • Ability to work cooperatively with tenants and within a community.
  • Experience working as part of an effective team.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and partners.
  • Prepared to complete property site inspection visits and assess maintenance works for compliance against quality expectations and specifications.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people for NSW.
