Your Opportunity

This role will provide high-level administrative support of complex nature to the Area Manager with high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity. The position will require you to manage and complete a range of administrative tasks to enable the effective running of numerous sites across the Northern Sydney and ensure the ongoing functioning of our programs.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Complete a range of administration tasks across the Northern Sydney offices including daily operational issues, front office support, coordinate incoming and outgoing calls, order supplies and arrange building maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and Program Managers as requested, including fleet management, work health and safety, processing invoices and other financial duties
  • Maintain consistent monitoring of referral inbox and in a timely manner refer to relevant program managers
  • Prepare documents as required including submitting incident reports and handover reports
  • Complete processing of financial transactions as required, including journals, petty cash and accounts payable
  • Provide administrative support to numerous sites across the Northern Sydney to ensure the smooth operation of services

Requirements for Success

  • Previous experience in high level administrative role
  • Competent in using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Experience working in a complex, high work volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity towards disadvantaged clients
  • Valid WWCC
