Are you passionate about empowering others and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Mindcare Network is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team across the Moreton Bay and Brisbane region.

About Us:

Mindcare Network provides support work to individuals living with mental health challenges. We believe in person-centred care, consistency, and building genuine connections with the people we support.

What You’ll Do:

• Support NDIS participants in their homes and in the community
• Promote independence, confidence, and social participation
• Assist with personal care, daily living, and transport as required
• Build strong, respectful relationships with participants
• Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate with the support team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mental health, disability, or community services (preferred but not essential)
• A kind, client-focused approach with strong professional boundaries
• Excellent communication and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Flexibility to work across the Moreton Bay and Brisbane areas

Essential Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
