We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate Team Leader. You will provide leadership and support a team to deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented care to clients to develop daily living and social skills, build community networks, achieve wellbeing goals and live independently in the community. The Team Leader will act as the practice lead to staff providing supervision, mentoring and coaching.
The Housing with Support program is a long-term housing option for people with serious mental health conditions. The Haven residences are staffed 24/7 and offer a homelike environment. Funding comes from clients' NDIS packages, and care is based on Mind’s recovery-focused approach. The service works closely with clients, offering personalised 1:1 support, group activities, and skills-building to help them manage daily life, improve relationships, connect with the community, and increase their confidence to live independently.
