The Commercial Operations team supports Mind Australia’s Residential and Fee For Service lines of business by ensuring business systems and processes support effective and sustainable operational service delivery and revenue collection across a number of funding streams.
We are seeking a self-motivated Rostering and Workforce Advisor for a Permanent, full-time opportunity to work at our Central Office in Burnley. With work from home options, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective workforce management of Minds NDIS funded Housing with Supports service, block-funded residential services, and other services to meet the support needs of our clients and compliance requirements of funders. This role reports to the Manager, Workforce Planning and collaborates closely with the Workforce Administrator.
