The Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation residential service is for people with severe and enduring psychosocial disability, the residences are staffed 24/7 and funded through residents’ NDIS packages. Our practice is guided by Mind’s Model of Recovery Oriented Practice, SIL model and the Dual Disability framework, services operate in collaboration with the local community with a focus on supporting people to achieve their life goals.
We are seeking compassionate, resilient Mental Health Support Workers for casual opportunities to work predominately night shifts in the Williamstown and Armadale areas. You will play an integral role in developing individual programs and providing recovery-oriented psychosocial support to assist clients work towards wellbeing and independent living.
