The Housing Strategy division, and its subsidiary The Haven Foundation, key priority is to provide safe, sustainable specialist social housing and support solutions for people living with complex mental ill health and psychosocial disability. Housing Strategy will strategically plan and drive business growth, deliver new and existing residential opportunities for clients and strengthen relationships with referrers, housing providers and government agencies. The focus is to ensure new home and living services are established and high occupancy levels of Mind’s residential services are maintained.
We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Housing with Support Partnership Manager for a permanent, full time opportunity to work in the Richmond area. With work from home options, you will Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively develop partnerships to advance the priorities of the Housing Strategy division in line with organisational strategy. The Partnership Manager will ensure that services, systems, and processes are efficient and effective with strong measures in place to mitigate against financial and operational risk.
