Haven; Home, Safe and Mind Australia have formed a consortium to assist people experiencing homelessness to transition from temporary hotel accommodation into housing as part of the Victorian Government’s From Homelessness to a Home (H2H) program. The H2H initiative is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on homelessness and rough sleeping in Victoria.
We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated Housing & Recovery Coordinator for a fixed term 13 month, full time or part time (4 days per week) opportunity in the Geelong area. Working from home, you will support vulnerable people with multiple and complex needs to obtain affordable housing, promote health and wellbeing, and work in a holistic way to prevent a return to rough sleeping. As this position requires travel across the Geelong area a fully maintained company car is provided.
