Mind operate Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation services for people with severe and enduring psychosocial disability, these residences are staffed 24/7 and funded through residents’ NDIS packages. Our practice is guided by Mind’s model of recovery oriented practice, SIL model and the Dual Disability framework, services operate in collaboration with the local community with a focus on supporting people to achieve their life goals.
We are seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner - Peer Practitioner for a permanent, part time (30 hours per week) opportunity to work alongside this tight knit team in the Armadale area. Working on a 24/7 rotating roster, you will utilise your lived experience of mental ill health to engage with clients by providing empathetic and positive support.
