Mind Australia Limited is a leading community managed specialist mental health service provider. We have been supporting people dealing with the day-to-day impacts of mental illness, as well as their families, friends and carers for 40 years.

Purposefully engage with customers in line with Mind’s Model of Recovery Oriented Practice. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will Work with customers to return to a place of residence and a meaningful life supporting them through a staged approach to recovery

• Working generally Monday to Sunday, across a 24 hour rotating roster which includes days, evenings, weekend, night and sleepover shifts as required
• Providing support to families and carers
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teams and engaging with local service providers
