The Opportunity

As our Administration Officer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing vital support to ensure the smooth running of our Darwin office. Reporting directly to the Administration and Logistics Manager, you'll handle inquiries, coordinate administrative tasks, assist with travel arrangements, and much more.

About You

  • Professionalism: Represent Mimal Land Management with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Organisational Skills: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromise.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to evolving priorities and requirements with ease.

Desirable Skills:

  • Business Administration Certification: Or willingness to undertake a traineeship.
  • Xero Experience: Familiarity with Xero account data entry and processing.
  • Patience: Willingness to provide one-on-one support for diverse needs.
  • Driver's License: Valid license or ability to obtain, with experience in 4WDriving.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Prior experience working with remote Indigenous communities and familiarity with cultural protocols.
