Job Description

Reporting to and working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategy across two core brands. Key accountabilities include:

  • Under the guidance of the leadership team, create a 6-month rolling digital marketing plan, outlining the objectives, overview of content, and measurement plan.
  • Manage all digital assets within the marketing team including website, social media, SEO & SEM.
  • Manage the development of all content to be used across all platforms including blogs, video, audio and more.
  • Budget management including monitoring budget for digital marketing against budget set by Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Generate a detailed report monthly on the performance of campaigns vs objectives vs previous month/last month, looking at areas such as spend, relative performance and suggested improvements for the future.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, we are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following:

  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar digital marketing or social media role
  • Demonstrated experience of growing a brand through digital channels, including through the use of search and social both organically and paid.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of social media best practices
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with using WordPress (or similar) for web design and publishing
  • Good time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong will to learn and improve processes
