Micah Projects provides a range of support and advocacy services to individuals and families.
Micah Projects has an exciting opportunity for 2 x Youth Advocates to engage in a 6 month pilot program to support young women 13 - 17 years.
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Youth Advocates who share our vision of improving the lives of the young women who have experienced domestic & family violence.
Our ideal Youth Advocate will have a background in therapeutic intensive care, first aid mental health, and a thorough understanding of the dynamics and impacts of DFV. As an integral part of our team, you'll be encouraged to utilise your passion and skills to support young women to grow, develop and feel empowered.
This is a part-time fixed term employment opportunity with conditions and salary at Level 4/5 dependent of experience of the SCHADS Award.
