Did you know Merriwa is a social enterprise that provides meaningful work for people with disabilities?

We provide many packing services such as labelling, re-packing and quality checking for customers like Mars Petcare, Stanley Chestnuts and CSR to name a few. In providing these services we employ both people with and without disability and we call this Integrated Employment.

We believe the future of all workplaces should be based on an Integrated Employment model, so we are working hard to lead the way and set the standard of what this could look like. An Integrated Employment environment has many benefits and all our staff are driven by a strong sense of purpose and meaning.

Our team members who are NDIS participants are required to have support to help them achieve their employment goals. We have 2 Support Officers in the Packaging Team at Wangaratta who work to support the success of our 60 team members in this area.

An exciting opportunity has become available for one of these positions!

At Merriwa we know that career paths aren’t always linear. Alternatively you may have a job where you are developing people’s skills in another capacity. If you are someone who gets great joy from empowering others to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you!
