For over 30 years Mentis Assist has supported people with severe and enduring mental illness and those experiencing extreme social and economic disadvantage to experience a full and meaningful life.
This is a full time position but we are open to negotiating part time role for the right applicant. The role is Community Mental Health Practitioner in the Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) program. The EIPSR program supports people to achieve their optimal level of wellbeing and independence in the community. This is a great opportunity to see the impact of your work and make a real difference in people’s lives.
The position is based in Frankston and supports clients living in the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside and Frankston areas.
