ABOUT TRILLION TREES

Trillion Trees Australia (formerly Men of the Trees) is not-for-profit and community driven. Since 1979 we have been bringing people together to plant trees, reconnect with nature and foster a long-term appreciation for the value of trees for a healthy planet.

We deliver our mission through ecological restoration projects across WA, the creation of locally focused environmental education programs and connecting communities. Trillion Trees reconnects people with nature and fosters a love of, and respect for, the natural environment. Through volunteer engagement we regenerate the landscape to create a vibrant environment for future generations.

Our small team are driven, collaborative, passionate and adaptable.  Our Trillion Trees Australia Nursery is NGIA accredited and has delivered top quality seedlings for land restoration since 1986. The nursery grows over 200,000 native seedlings each year, through the invaluable contribution of volunteers, and dispatches them to local governments, businesses and individuals all seeking to restore the environment.

THE ROLE

The primary role of the Nursery Manager is to manage the full production process, inventory management and dispatch of native seedlings at the Trillion Trees Australia Nursery. The role involves developing the nursery’s annual planting schedule, liaising with customers and preparing financial budgets. Guidance and training to staff and volunteers across the full range of nursery tasks is required to ensure the nursery maintains its NIASA accreditation.

You are passionate about creating a positive work environment along with developing and following policies and procedures.
