Opportunities have arisen within our Community Care, Client Connections team for motivated staff to work on casual basis. The Client Connections Team support older people, people with disabilities and their carers using an individualised approach to identify their strengths and build capacity to achieve their goals and enhance their independence and wellbeing.
We are seeking male and female staff to join our team to provide high quality home support, personal care, respite support and other support services for the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients across the City of Melton who require assistance to maintain their independence to remain at home and be active in their community.
You will be available to work up to six days per week between the hours of 7am – 7pm, including weekends, some evenings and/or irregular hours as the service requires.
