Melba Support Services are actively recruiting for a NDIS Rostering Coordinator to join our NDIS Submissions and Funding team. This is a part time 4 days a week permanent opportunity based from home and our office in Scoresby (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and input to the Rostering coordinator as part of our roster review process
  • Take ownership of key information & tracking of our roster review processes
  • Ensure Input and updating of information into the rostering software (Roster Coster)
  • Provide and maintain regular reporting in relation to Roster status
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Support the NDIS Submission and Funding manager as required
  • Attending staff roster meetings and liaise with Stakeholders as required

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working with HR, Workforce Planning or Rostering (Desirable)
  • Ability to follow defined processes with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • High level written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • High level organisational and time management skills including a proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously

You will also bring with you or be willing to obtain: 

  • NDIS Worker screening Check 
  • Working with Children Check 
  • Evidence of COVID 19 vaccination status, including booster
