Melba's Practice, Quality and Safeguards team are seeking a part-time (0.5FTE) Facilitator to be based at our Dandenong office, working alongside our ARROW members and groups.

ARROW is split into regional groups to make sure every area in Victoria where Melba offers support is represented.
In brief, the role is to facilitate a representative group of people supported by Melba to:
You are positive, encouraging and a leader who inspires. You must be highly flexible and adaptable and can demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills by building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, human rights and zero tolerance.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
