A day in the life of our Program Assistants is never the same as the next; however, to give you a taster, you can expect to be working as part of a dynamic and fun team to play a key role in enhancing our client’s well-being by using your creative thinking to co-design and facilitate engaging, and interactive centre-based and community activities.

What you bring

• Highly developed communication skills working with a broad range of clients
• Current First Aid (Level 2) Certificate
• Experience in working with people with disabilities and/or frail-aged people in planned activities or lifestyle and leisure
• Computer literacy
• A current full Victorian driver licence and a safe driving record
• Ability and confidence to drive a 12-seater bus

Desirable

• Experience in working within older adults in a community based setting
• HLTFS207C ‘Follow Basic Food Safety Practices’
