The HR - People and Capability Manager/Coordinator will report to the General Manager of People, Quality and Culture. The position will complete the functions of Human Resources and Return to Work, providing advice and assistance to management and staff on HR, RTW and employment related issues.

Located in Campbelltown, this Position is Fixed Term due to a parental leave position 25/03/2024 - 20/12/2024 working Full time 76 hours per fortnight. This role is covered under the SCHADS Award as a Level 5/6 ($47.50 - $54.19 per hr) commensurate on experience of the candidate. Also offered is a 9 day fortnight, opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week, salary packaging, flexible working hours, Laptop, Mobile and leave loading.
