The new Education and Learning Program Manager will be pivotal in managing, coordinating, and expanding our E&L program. Following a comprehensive review in 2023, it was identified that our market is robust and expanding, with a clear need and interest in our offerings. A plan has been drafted to reorient the program for sustainable growth and operational integrity within the first year. The Education and Learning Program Manager will be responsible for finalising and implementing this plan.
In this role you will act as the central hub for the development and delivery of E&L activities across CCCH. This role involves significant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, requiring strategic and operational leadership and coordination.
This role is offered a part time 12 month contract at 15.2 hours per week (0.4 FTE). We are open to discussing shorter contract durations with increased Full - Time Equivalent (FTE) for this role.
The Centre for Community Child Health (CCCH) has a proud history of over 30 years delivering education and learning (E&L) programs for professionals working with children and families. Our offerings emphasise relational practice, childhood development, and mental health, aiming to promote evidence-informed practice.
